She was born in Athens and grew up in Patra. She studied drama in Theatre Department, School of Fine Arts, Aristoteleio University of Thessaloniki and in Drama Department, Kent, University of Canterbury England. She also participated in several workshops and seminars such as: Talking Body, Commedia dell’ Arte,Tracing Roads Across- Grotowski method, Physical Theatre and Gardzienice Theatre’s method, Suzuki’s methodin Theatre Training Initiative, Intercultural Performance and the Theatre ofEast- Suzuki, Butoh, Katakali-,ect.
She worked as an actress in the National Theatre of Northern Greece, in the National Theatre of Greece, in Onassis Stegi, DI.PE.THE. of Patras, Foundation of Michalis Kakogiannis and as an assistant director in Athens Festival’s productions, E.L.S. Stavros Niarchos Foundation and in productions of Kanigounta- Process theatre company (Theatre Techni’s Karolos Koun, Theatre of Cyclades- Lefteris Vogiagis, Theatre of New World etc). The last performances where she participated are: The Three Sisters, dir. Maria Magkanari, Vira tis Agires, dir.Asterios Peltekis, Enemies - One love Story, dir. Stathis Livathinos,Ekklisiazouses, dir. Lucas Thanos, Synthesis project by V.Gerodimos- J.Argyriou, Christmas Miracles, dir. S. Vgenopoulou, The man who laughs, dir.Th. Abazis,, The Summerfolk, dir. M. Magkanari,The last lie, dir. Enke Fezollari, Giannoula, dir. P. Fafoutis- M. Nikas, Happy Birthday Mr Shakespeare, dir.Stratis Panourios, George Danten, dir.Th. Abazis, etc. She also participated in several TV shows.
