Dimitris Georgiadis

He was born in Corfu in 1987. He studied at the Russian Academy of Theatre Arts (GITIS) in Moscow, in the School of Directing (acting department, class of Dmitry Krymov and Evgeny Kaminkovits, 2011–2015), as well as at the Drama School of the Art Theatre Karolos Koun (2008–2011).
He has collaborated with the National Theatre of Greece, the Onassis Stegi, the Cyprus Theatre Organisation, the Epidaurus Festival and the theatre company Pyr, in productions directed by Rimas Tuminas, Io Voulgaraki, Argyris Xafis, Timofey Kulyabin, Maria Protopappa, Konstantinos Arvanitakis, Cezaris Graužinis and others.
In cinema and television, he has appeared in Maestro (Christoforos Papakaliatis – Mega/Netflix), To Kokkino Potami (The Red River) and Poios Iton o Fonefs tou Adelfou Mou (Who Killed My Brother, Manousos Manousakis – Open/ERT), I Gefyra (The Bridge, Giannis Haritidis – ANT1), To Proxenio tis Ioulias (Julia’s Matchmaking, Nikos Kritikós – Alpha), as well as in the films Man of God (Yelena Popovic), O Nomos tou Murphy (Murphy’s Law, Angelos Frantzis) and Viking (Andrei Kravchuk).
Since 2015 he has been teaching acting at the Drama School of the Athens Conservatoire. He speaks Greek, Russian and English.
