She was born and raised in Thessaloniki. She studied Acting at the Drama School of the National Theatre of Northern Greece (2014) and Business Administration at the University of Macedonia (2020).
In theatre she has collaborated with directors such as: Christos Theodoridis, Yorgos Kapoutzidis, Giannis Anastasakis, Nikita Milivojevic, Thomas Moschopoulos, Kostas Tsianos, Taxiarchis Chanos, Giannis Rigas, Evi Sarmi, Giannis Margaritis, Kostas Gerardos.
She has participated in productions at the Athens and Epidaurus Festival. the National Theatre of Greece, the National Theatre of Northern Greece, PLYFA, the Dimitria Festival of Thessaloniki etc.
She has attended physical theatre classes at École Internationale de théâtre Jacques Lecoq in Paris and studied voice and speech with Spyros Sakkas. She also took part in the United Theatres of Europe  (UTE) workshop in Rome, led by Oscars Korsunovas.
