She started dance at the age of 4 and until the age of 17 she has received the certificates from the Royal Academy of Dance and Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. In 2011 she graduated from the Professional School of Dance in Thessaloniki with a B.A. in Dance and in 2013 she got her B.A. in English Language and Literature. She participated as a performer and dancer in companies such as National Theatre of Northern Greece, Greek Art Theatre “Karolos Koun”, Onassis Cultural Centre, National Opera of Greece. In 2015 she was an assistant choreographer  for Taldans Company in the project Xapartments by Matthias Lilienthal in Onassis Cultural Centre. She also participated as an actress in the short movie The Gift of the Magi by Ismene Daskarolis which won prizes in several film festivals around the world. In 2016 she was a resident artist in Italy in Giorgia Maddamma’s company “Koreoproject”. In 2018 she participated in the opera Manon by Thomas Moshopoulos in the National Opera of Greece. Since 2013 she has been an apprentice to Daphnis Kokkinos, dancer of Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch. She teaches ballet, contemporary dance and improvisation in various dance and drama schools as well as curates the movement in  theater performances.
