Ifigeneia Gianniou
Born in Thessaloniki, graduated from the School of Drama at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in Stage Lighting. She holds an MA in Lighting Design from Edinburgh Napier University.
She has designed lighting for various cultural venues, including the Thessaloniki Concert Hall, the Michael Cacoyannis Foundation, the Roman Agora, the Archaeological Museum of Thebes, the Elementary School of Koufonisia, the -1 Exhibition Space at the Onassis Stegi, as well as theaters such as Avlaia, Aneton, Alfa, Epi Kolono, Argo, among others. She has collaborated with directors such as Stella Michailidou, Damianos Konstantinidis, Phoivos Symeonidis, Thanasis Kritsakis, and more. Additionally, she has worked as a lighting technician at the Athens & Epidaurus Festival and as an assistant to lighting designers Christina Thanasoula and Stella Kaltsou.
