She was born in Athens in 1981. She graduated from the Athens Conservatory School of Dramatic Arts and the Department of Business Research and Marketing at the Athens University of Economics. She studied classical singing at the National Conservatory and attended further training programs in research theater practice at the World Theatre Training Institute AKT-ZENT / ITI.
As an actress, she has collaborated with a diverse range of directors including Aktina Stathaki, Elli Papakonstantinou, Teo Abazis, Anna Kokkinou, Dimitris Mylonas, Eleni Boza, Eleana Tsichli, Stavros Yannouladis, Thanasis Zeritis, Stavros Yagoulis, Katerina Yannopoulou, Vasia Paraskevopoulou, and Despoina Georgakopoulou in theatre productions in Greece and at international festivals in Europe.
In cinema, she participated in the feature film Pack of Sheep by Dimitris Kanellopoulos and in the short film Casus Belli by Giorgos Zoïs — both presented at major international festivals. On television, she appeared in the ERT1 drama series Όρκος directed by Spiros Michalopoulos.
Since 2018, she has been working as a theater group facilitator,  designing and implementing theater education programs and performances with groups of children, teenagers, and adults, in collaboration with domestic and European cultural and educational institutions.
