She was born in Larissa and raised in Tyrnavos. She is a graduate of the Department of English Language and Literature at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2015) and the Veaki Drama School (2018). In 2017, she performed in the theatrical production “Askitiki,” directed by Panos Angelopoulos. Since then, she has participated in the National Theatre of Northern Greece’s educational programs “My Achilles’ Heel” (2018–2019) and “Through the Eyes of the Other” (2019–2020), as part of the project “NTNG in Education.” Her stage credits include The Revolution Will Never Happen, directed by Demosthenes Papadopoulos (2022); O Metaxoulis, directed by Andreas Makris (2024–2025); The Five Narratives, directed by Leonidas Mikropoulos (2025); and the music performance Bodyterranean – the show, in collaboration with Yiannis Haroulis (2025). She has also appeared in the television series Our Best Years (Seasons 2 and 3), as well as in the short film The End of the World, directed by Konstantinos Dimitrakopoulos. She has attended workshops with Aris Biniaris, Alexandra Kazazou, Simone Mongelli, and Kiki Selioni.
