This time, however, the ritual game becomes even more thrilling. As a result of the maids’ false allegations, Madame’s husband is imprisoned and she is left defenceless. The two sisters decide that it is now time to rid themselves of her and they decide to poison her. However, their hopes are frustrated when they find out that their master has been released and in their panic, unwittingly reveal the news to their mistress. She goes to meet him, leaving the two young women to return to their game. This time, however, it will have a painful end.
