“Age and Discrimination”

The National Theatre of Greece is continuing its forum for the discussion of important issues with relevance to society. On Thursday 16 May at 7 p.m., the Main Stage of the Ziller Building will host a public discussion on the topic of “Age and Discrimination”.
Taking part will be the actress, Aliki Alexandraki; the Director and Artistic Director of the Art Theatre, Marianna Calbari; the President of ActionAid Hellas, CEO of the social and market research company Qed, and author, Christina Karabela; the sociologist, gerontologist, and board member of 50 Hellas, Elizabeth Mesthenaiou; the professor of Economics at the University of Piraeus, Claire Economidou; the actor, Themis Panou; the general manager of the Department of People and Culture at Papastratos, Maria Patakiouti; the director, Orestis Stavropoulos; and the co-founder of Pop2See and student in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Patras, Alice Rangou.
The discussion will be moderated by the economist, editor, and CEO of athiNEA, Marianna Skylakaki.
The event will be free to the public and tickets will be available on the day from 5.30 p.m. at the Ziller Building box office.
The National Theatre of Greece is wheelchair accessible and guide dogs are welcome.
